01 — The house

The name comes from a fountain.

In Brussels there is a small bronze boy the whole world queues to see. We borrowed his name, his nerve, and above all his recipe: whole-milk ice cream, dense, churned slowly, the way it has always been made there.

Everything else is Tunisian. The fruit comes from the market in the morning. The churns run on site, in every shop. And the arrow through our cone tells only one story — what happens on the first spoonful.

La vie est belge.

The pun is intentional. The ice cream is not joking.

02 — The flavours

The hard part? Choosing.

Fourteen flavours rotate through the counter. The creams are churned with whole milk, the sorbets with water and fruit — and nothing else.

03 — The making

Churned in the morning, served the same day.

No stock, no sleeping reserve. Whatever isn't sold by closing doesn't come back the next day. It is demanding. It is also the whole difference.
